Client Services Analyst, Tier 2 – Calgary, AB
Reporting to the Team Lead, IT Client Services, you are part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting over 400 users located in over 20 field offices in Alberta and Saskatchewan but primarily in Calgary.
You will help users troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer and phone system issues and help them with network connectivity; and image deployments. You support, maintain and package industry-specific software and help manage our mobility fleet including set up, deployment and issue resolution. You will follow all IT procedures including logging tickets using our Help Desk incident tracking system and help maintain NAL’s technology inventory. You provide clients with a high-level of customer service and complete your work efficiently and effectively while following recognized industry best practices.
You have a degree or a diploma in a related field and at least three years of experience in a similar role, ideally with experience in the oil and gas sector. You are a team player that easily builds relationships with others; have excellent communication skills; are an expert at troubleshooting; and self-motivated.
